These are the third parties we share personal data with to provide Pledger, referenced from our Privacy Policy. Each is bound by a data processing agreement. Several are only active if you use the specific feature they support - we list those here anyway so this page never needs a surprise update the moment you turn one on.
Supabase
EU region
Database, authentication, and file storage.
Data: All account and app content data.
Anthropic (Claude)
United States
Generates AI coaching replies.
Data: The context you provide in a coaching conversation, including goals, identity/vision notes, journal entries, recent check-ins, WHOOP data (if connected), and any photo you ask the coach to caption or verify.
OpenAI
United States
Transcribes voice notes you record for the coach into text.
Data: The audio of the voice note. We don't keep the audio after transcription.

Sign-in (web only) and, if you connect it, reading your Google Calendar events.
Data: Name and email for sign-in; calendar events if you connect Google Calendar.

Apple

Sign in with Apple.
Data: The name and email address you choose to share.

Vercel
Global edge network
Hosts and serves the Pledger app.
Data: Standard request/technical data.
WHOOP

Health/biometric data, only if you connect your WHOOP account.
Data: Recovery, sleep stages/hours, HRV, resting heart rate, SpO2, skin temperature, respiratory rate, strain, workouts, and height/weight from your WHOOP profile.

Stripe
EU/US (Stripe's standard processing regions)
Payment processing for paid subscriptions and money stakes.
Data: Billing details, subscription/stake status. Card numbers are handled directly by Stripe, never by us.

Data: The contact's name and email, and the notice content.

Twilio

Delivers the AI coach over WhatsApp.

Changes
If we add or remove a subprocessor in a way that materially changes how your data is handled, we'll update this page and, where required, notify you.
